I have a challenge for you!
Well, to be honest the folks at Spartan Race have a challenge for you, & I’m hoping you’ll accept!
Posted yesterday to Facebook, Spartan Race has created a 30 day, 30 burpee challenge for anyone willing to accept. The challenge is simple; complete 30 burpees each day for 30 days. That sounds easy enough right? Burpees are a great all-around workout, as they aid in building not only your stamina, but your strength as well.
Heard of burpees, but not 100% sure what they are? Check out this tutorial on YouTube! I add the push-up and jump, but if you’re a beginner you can start with the easy version and work your way up.
